Fang1961 is not my real name ,.,., my name is John. I have been pretty busy on the web, as you may, or may not know. My first internet home was Youtube, there I began to discover a new world of entertainment, I was relatively new at using a computer at that time, less than two years ago.
I feel like a lot of time has past since buying my first computer in April of 2007, shortly before my 46th birthday. Building a web-site at that time seemed like a big step to me, and as I considered doing so, I realized I had no particular need for one, and nothing much to put there, if I did make one. So for me, Youtube was my outlet for creative impulses, and I had a blast singing and acting out some of my favorite stuff, like Alice Cooper, and scenes from “Jesus Christ Super Star”, I had no idea how to create video files, and just stuck to the direct up-loads for quite some time. By the time I figured out how to make video files on my PC, I had realized, I wasn’t that talented at singing, so there wasn’t much sense in continuing to attempt cover songs, or even my original songs, although I may still give it a shot from time to time.
I still don’t own a portable cam-corder, but when, and if I do get one, I think it would be a lot of fun to make some videos around Gardiner, Maine where I live. Until then, I will continue taking snap-shots, and making slide shows of this very picturesque, and historic town.
My Fang1961JustForFun videos such as I have posted here, and all over the web, are simply that, just for fun. I love classic rock, and photo editing, my newest videos are a combination of these elements. I always try to be very clear about where the content comes from, and give credit to the sources. My videos are meant as tributes to talented groups, and individuals that I have the up-most respect, and admiration for.
Nuff said, for now ,.,., huh?

Suzi Quatro is one of my favorite performers of all-time. I have found that Youtube has made some changes recently, and now videos posted on sites such as this one, include a search box, therefore I have chosen a Suzi Quatro video to post here, and will probably refrain from posting very many more Youtube videos for now, since the search box allows the visitor to find whatever they may be looking for, from one video.

"The Old Guy"
My first bit of genius on the net, was to create custom pics of myself, to post as comments on friends pages at social networks such as www.myyearbook.com that accept html comments. I enjoyed doing it so well, that I started making lots of custom pictures of some of my best friends, as well as doing funny things with my own pics. I have come to love my little collection of pics of my friends, I have made some great friends on the web, and I love to dress up their pics, usually they like them, but as the old saying goes, "You can't win 'em all" at any rate, I enjoy making them, and always try to make sure they are happy with them before I put them in slide shows, and such.
